Cancellation and Refund Policies
The Feng Shui Flow Practitioners Course

We offer a 7-day cancellation period from the date of enrolment. If you cancel within the first 7 days, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellations requested after 7 days are not eligible for a refund.

If, in the unlikely event, we need to cancel or postpone the course, you will receive full access to the next available Practitioners Course at no additional cost.

Intellectual Property 

Content Ownership:
All course materials—including videos, PDFs, workbooks, frameworks, templates, methods, and any other resources—are the intellectual property of The Feng Shui Flow. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any materials with others, whether privately or publicly.

Recording and Distribution:
Recording of any live sessions, calls, trainings, or community content is strictly prohibited. You may not share any recordings, screenshots, or written content from inside the course or the practitioner graduate community.

Behaviour, Conduct & Community Expectations

The Feng Shui Flow Practitioners Course and Practitioner Community are designed to be safe, inclusive, supportive learning spaces.

By enrolling, you agree to:

• Treat all participants, mentors, and team members with respect.

• Engage in professional, constructive communication.

• Avoid behaviour that disrupts the learning experience for others.

• Refrain from sharing inaccurate, harmful, or misleading claims about the course, our team, or other students.

Defamation & Harmful Conduct

We do not tolerate:

• Defamatory statements

• Harassment

• Bullying

• Abusive behaviour

• Malicious or damaging comments made publicly or within private groups

• Attempts to harm the reputation of the course, the business, its team, or other students

We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including revoking access or pursuing further steps, if such behaviour occurs.

Revoking Access

To protect the integrity of our community and the safety of our participants, The Feng Shui Flow reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or permanently remove access to:

• The Practitioners Course

• The graduate community

• Any associated online areas or resources

This may occur without refund if a participant:

• Violates any part of these Terms & Conditions

• Engages in defamatory, harmful, or disruptive behaviour

• Breaches confidentiality or shares course materials

• Acts in a way that undermines the experience, wellbeing, or safety of the group

This clause applies both during the course and after graduation, as long as you remain part of any Feng Shui Flow community spaces.

Confidentiality & Community Safety

You agree that:

All personal stories, case studies, and discussions shared by participants remain confidential.

You will not disclose or misuse any sensitive information shared within the course or community spaces.

You will maintain professionalism and uphold the respectful culture of The Feng Shui Flow.
